Doula Support Packages
Every birth is different. Every baby is different. Every parent is different. That’s why I don’t arrive with a checklist or a fixed plan. I take the time to get to know you, understand what matters most, and offer support that’s personal, practical, and genuinely useful.
I offer flexible support across pregnancy, birth, and the postnatal period. You can focus on one stage or mix and match, depending on what feels right for you. Whether you’re just beginning to think about birth or deep in the early, sleep-deprived weeks after baby arrives, I’m here to help.
In a maternity system where induction and caesarean rates are high, it’s easy to feel like birth is something that just ‘happens’ to you. My role is to help you step back from the pressure and feel confident advocating for the care that’s right for you. With individualised support and continuous care from a doula, the focus isn’t on how your birth unfolds, but on making sure you feel informed, heard, and empowered every step of the way.

Antenatal Support & Hynobirthing
Antenatal preparation isn’t just about birth plans and hospital bags. It’s about slowing down, tuning into yourself, and feeling clear about what really matters to you. Together, we’ll explore your hopes for birth and what helps you feel calm and prepared.
I share clear, evidence-based information so you understand how birth works and feel confident in your choices. Sessions can include KG Hypnobirthing if you wish, using breathing and relaxation techniques to support a calmer approach to labour, and always offer space to talk things through so you feel capable, supported, and ready to meet your baby.

In addition to Antenatal preparation, I’ll be there on the day to support you through labour and birth.
As your doula, I’ll be a calm, steady presence and a familiar face you already know and trust. On the day, I’ll offer reassurance, comfort, and support for both you and your birth partner. Whether it’s helping you feel informed, holding the space, or simply staying close so you never feel alone, I’ll support you and your partner in the way that feels right, moment to moment.

Bringing your baby home is a big transition- joyful, overwhelming, exhausting and everything in between.
I can listen to your birth story, offer reassurance, make you a cuppa, tidy up, or hold the baby while you rest. I can support you with feeding, help around the house, or simply be someone to talk to when it all feels like a lot. However these early days unfold, you’ll have steady, caring support as you recover, bond with your baby and settle into life as a parent.
Still Not Sure...
The numbers speak for themselves. Having a doula can make a real difference, helping you and your partner feel more supported, more in control, and more positive about your birth experience.
